• Our service begins with the reception of our guests by "primeclass" CIP hostess and porter at the flight gate with special cars; procedures are completed at the exclusive "primeclass" CIP Service passport counter. In case the aircraft is in the open park position, the guests are met at the terminal entrance.
• When needed, visa procedures are completed with the assistance of  CIP hostess.
• Guest luggage is carried by the porter.
• When requested, our guests are assisted by our staff during their shopping at Duty Free.

• Our service ends when our guests are met by their greeters.
